A fabulous opportunity for a bright candidate with some work experience who is looking for an exciting role to really learn and grow into. You will be a Team Assistant joining a buzzy City-based Finance House, supporting Sales, IR and Investments. They have a truly lovely company culture, the team is collaborative and close knit – they are a social bunch! The job comes with some fab perks, amazing exposure, and ample opportunity to get involved in some exciting projects!
Your duties will include:
- Supporting multiple teams
- Diary and travel management
- Arranging meetings
- Expenses
- Assisting with roadshow itineraries and putting together meeting packs
- Taking minutes
- Ad hoc office management
