We\’re looking for a proactive Team Assistant to join our client, a well-liked and respected property consultancy, on a 3-month fixed-term basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some admin experience – or a switched-on graduate eager to develop a career in business support. You\’ll be working closely with a team of Executive Assistants, mainly supporting two of them, and getting involved in everything from document prep to travel booking. Their offices are culturally very fun and social; there is always something social organised!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting two Executive Assistants with day-to-day admin
  • Helping with bid and proposal preparation (using InDesign)
  • Booking travel and managing itineraries
  • Formatting and proofreading professional documents
  • General office admin and coordination tasks
