A fabulous opportunity has arisen to join a specialist digital marketing business as a studio coordinator and PA. The team are incredibly fun, sociable and are very values led. They work closely together and genuinely believe in progression and in collaborating to achieve the best possible results. This role is newly created as the co-founder and team need someone to free their time up so they can focus on growing the business. This means, the incoming person will really be able to make the role their own.

We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude that can ride the wave of a growing small difference. Each day will look different but a broad outline of duties includes:

  • Front of House - Managing incoming guests, screening phone calls, ensuring office space is tidy, scheduling in meeting rooms, looking after company inboxes
  • General admin: invoicing, managing bank accounts, making payments, liaising with bookkeepers
  • People & Culture – Onboarding new staff including organizing equipment, organising welcome gifts box, organising gift boxes for new clients, managing new employee data
  • Office management: Look after IT and equipment, manage repairs, managing office suppliers, merchandise, business cards and managing the relationship with the office supplier
  • PA – Inbox and calendar management for the co-founder, helping with projects, booking travel & researching
  • Events and social media – Planning client and staff events, working closely with the marketing team
