One of Bain and Gray’s longstanding clients, a sustainability lead Private Equity and Credit firm, are looking for an ambitious Receptionist to join the team. This role has occurred due to a recent promotion within the team. Based in beautiful, slick offices in the heart of the West End, you will form part of a cohesive and friendly team of four assistants – they really are the perfect example of work hard play hard.
The role is incredibly busy and we are looking for someone that can act as the glue that keeps the front office operations together and running smoothly. The lovely thing about this client is that they offer genuine progression and personal development. This role would suit a recent university, OMBS or Quest graduate.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Front of House meeting, greeting guests and answering main phone line
- Managing the booking of meeting rooms and resolving conflicts
- Setting up refreshments and video conferences
- Managing all incoming and outgoing post/deliveries
- Supporting the Team Assistant, Desk Assistant and Office Manager where needed
- Holiday cover for the Team Assistant
- Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborating with a range of people and functions across the business
- Be ready to contribute as a problem solver, providing support for a variety of office needs and be prepared for challenges and tasks the company growth will bring up
