We are currently looking for a polished Receptionist to join our boutique finance client based in Marylebone. This is a hands-on role where you will cover all elements of front of house, as well as general office administration for the wider team. This is a standalone position and requires someone proactive who will take ownership of the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They are a close-knit, welcoming, and friendly team who genuinely enjoy working together.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting guests and VIPs
  • Answering mainline phones
  • Providing light Office Manager support
  • Calendar management for senior team members
  • Managing meeting rooms for both internal and external meetings
  • Travel bookings, visas, and wider travel support
  • Ad hoc administration (with scope to take on more responsibility if desired)

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a similar front-of-house, Reception, or Administrative position
  • A background in boutique financial or professional services, which is highly advantageous
  • The ability to work 5 days a week in the office
  • A proactive, organised, and level-hearted approach
  • A willingness to roll up their sleeves and muck in
