A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private PA to support a HNW family based in the heart of London. You will be working exclusively on private and lifestyle matters and working in tandem with a corporate EA between the beautiful office in Soho and the Principal's home. You will be fluent in English as well as Russian and/or Ukrainian speaking. If this is not the case, you will have an understanding of the family's culture and have worked in a similar setting. This role requires 24/7 support.
Duties will include:
- Family and diary travel management
- Managing the family’s social calendar, such as restaurant bookings and personal appointments
- Work efficiently when the family are in different time zones, e.g. corresponding with foreign staff in New York, restaurant bookings
- Organising children’s school schedules and extracurricular activities as well as all the school admin and coordination with nannies, teachers etc
- Recruitment and management of the household staff
- Sourcing and dealing with contractors
- Organising private parties
- Running errands, personal shopping and gift purchasing
- Ad hoc project work
You must be flexible with hours, happy being on call and attentive at all times. You must have Private PA experience supporting a UHNWI, easy to communicate with and be extremely efficient and organised. This job offers variety where no two days will be the same!
