Job Description

An amazing opportunity at an elite talent management agency has come to us to join their dynamic and fast-paced team as PA to their new Chief of Staff (COS). The COS supports the CEO and the Group Vice President, so you will need to work collaboratively and effectively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. You will be based in their beautiful open-plan offices and work with some very impressive, well-known names on a variety of projects and shoots. In a firm with little to no hierarchy, you will feel like part of the close-knit team of three other EAs.

The role itself:

• Diary management
• International travel arrangements
• Relationship management
• Coordinating events and off-site activities
• Ad-hoc special projects

Key qualities we are looking for:

• A down-to-earth, mature approach; a team player who works well with other EAs
• Discretion when handling highly confidential information
• Experience working with Directors (exposure to Keynotes software is advantageous)
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Longevity in previous roles
• Proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning about the business and key projects
