My client, a micro private equity firm is looking for an experienced, part-time Senior EA to support the Managing Partner. The firm focuses on healthcare investment and are very lead by their values and strong ethics. This attitude is represented in the 5 strong team that are all incredibly lovely. 

\\n\\n

This is a newly created role so there is the opportunity to really put your own spin on it.

\\n\\n

Duties include but are not limited to:
\\n•    Diary and calendar management for team members and executives
\\n•    Booking travel and accommodation
\\n•    Coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings
\\n•    Submitting expenses and managing receipts 
\\n•    Some personal work. I.E Family diary management, booking holidays 
\\n•    Ad hoc projects

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in the private equity or financial services industry. Emotional intelligence, attention to detail and the ability to be genuinely proactive are essential.
