Role: Part time PA to UHNW Couple and their family

Location: London / Berkshire split with occasional travel

Salary: £37,500 part time take home

This role is a private PA role split mainly between London and Berkshire with occasional travel. This role is a part time position with a slightly unusual structure in that it is 1x week on 1x week off – split with another EA and so a tag team to provide seamless, effective support! This position is office based and will be providing daily support to the principles and the family with their various needs and proactively identifying and dealing with issues before they arise. This is a busy, fast paced role with lots of moving parts and extensive liaison on a global scale. You will be involved with complex diary, travel and meeting coordination as well as event and security management and project work. This is a hugely broad and varied role and so really does require a candidate with experience in a similar position and the ability to manage, prioritise and action a large amount of tasks. We are looking for a candidate who has excellent organisation and communication skills as well as a flexible, resilient, can do approach! Trust and confidentiality paramount.

Previous Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a similar position as a Senior EA level or equivalent
  • Proven experience working in fast-paced roles that require prioritising own work
  • Experience working in roles where you have developed a strong ability to think and plan ahead and predict future issues
  • Ideally been in roles that require you to deal with or directly work for Ultra High Net Worth
  • A flexible and mature approach and the ability to use initiative and common sense
