My client is an exciting new branch of a much larger global firm, in the Real Estate sector. Based in brand new offices in the West End, they offer a hybrid working model. This is an amazing opportunity to join a young and growing company and really be part of creating the foundations and culture. This is a varied role for a PA who wants to muck in with other areas of the company too. You will be liaising with very senior stakeholders so professional and slick communication skills is a must. On top of this, you will be managing the boutique office, keeping everything well stocked and being the lynchpin for the team. This company are undergoing a lot of growth and the candidate needs to be flexible to the changes and a real people person.
This is the chance to work in a fresh new office but be part of a bigger and well established firm at the same time. The right candidate will add fresh air and fun into the office, be sociable and warm and also know when to get their head down. The team are absolutely delightful and you would grow with the business!
Duties will include:

PA Support: Diary management, travel, meeting prep, minute taking and senior team support

Office Management: Day-to-day running of Mayfair office, supplier liaison, onboarding coordination

Marketing Coordination: Helping support with high level marketing coordination.

PowerPoint/Presentation Support: Drafting, formatting, editing high-quality client/investor-facing presentations

Budget/Finance Admin: Tracking spend across office and various budgets, processing expenses and invoices
The right candidate will have:

Minimum 3-5 yearsβ experience in a similar business support, team admin, or PA role

Experience working with senior leadership in a fast-paced environment

Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and professional

Strong MS Office skills β particularly Excel, PowerPoint,and Outlook

Confident handling budgets, expenses, and basic finance admin

Presentation-savvy β experience formatting decksand producing board-level materials

Start-up experience or background in tech, real estate, or infrastructure is a plus

Must be London-based and happy to work 3 days a week from the new Mayfair office
