Coming in to work for their Head of Marketing, the role is busy and varied and very much need someone with high attention to detail and a muck in attitude.
He is brilliant to work for with a fantastic sense of humour, you will provide further support to the wider team also.
- PA Support to Head of Marketing + 4 other individuals
- Diary managment, travel management accomodation etc...
- Expenses
- Collating and distrubuting client quaterly reports
- Client liaison, presenations, meeting packs etc...
- Marketing Support
- Assisting with event planning and co-ordination - liaising with clients, couriers, event admin etc...
- Pre and post event administration - i. e. invites, dietary requirements etc...
- Administration of Charity Forum Lunches
- Mailing lists for charity events
- Responsible for keeping charity publications updated on external platforms
- Attendance to events
- Liaising with Marketing Departments - conferences, events and marketing materials
I am looking for a candidate with a positive and cheerful attitude, someone proactive, highly organised and with a muck in attitude who enjoy's being a PA who can get involved in wider projects!
