Our client is a boutique life science consultancy company based in Northwest London. They are a growing company with a young team who have a great work life balance to include a hybrid working structure. They are expanding their Operations Team, currently comprises of three other individuals and are therefore seeking an experience Operations Project Manager to join and play a pivotal role in ensuring that internal operational excellence is delivered. You will have experience in project management, resourcing and system management.

Duties will include:

  • Ensure all projects comply with internal standards, client contractual obligations, ad industry regulations
  • Maintain accurate documentation, audit trails, and CRM throughout the project life cycle
  • Monitor adherence to policies, processes, and quality standards
  • Maintain and improve internal systems and processes to enhance efficiency
  • Provide support to the Business Development and marketing leads

We are seeking candidates with commercial awareness, excellent at problem solving and organisational skills as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across leadership, operations and delivery teams.

You will be a team player and able to work independently in a fun environment!
