5 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

A boutique advisory firm is seeking an Office Manager to support their small and hard-working office. Working in gorgeous offices in Victoria this role offers a huge amount of variation where you will also provide PA support to one of the founding partners. They work with some incredibly well known UHNWI and companies making this all the more exciting! They are seeking an individual who will take ownership of the role and of course it is critical that you fit with the culture of the team. You will have an interested in business and current affairs and be a real people person with excellent social skills due to the events that you will be helping to host!

Duties include:

  • PA support to founding partner – diary management, meeting support, project support, expenses and some private PA support such as Property Management, home events, sorting tax for cars

  • Office Management – HR to include onboarding, holiday management, payroll

  • IT/Communications

  • Finance where you will work closely with the accountant

  • Events to include internal and external, breakfasts, dinners and sourcing venues, managing invitations

This is an exciting opportunity, where no two days will be the same. You will be five days in the office where they offer a gym, showers, bike storage and a communal area with a pool table!
