Junior Researcher

We have an excellent opportunity for a junior graduate who enjoys research and wants to learn from the best! Joining a boutique and friendly firm in Mayfair (with an office dog!), you will be trained in how to carry out research within the sectors of luxury hospitality, travel, FMCG, and more. This role is ideal for someone interested in headhunting and eager to fast-track their career. There is significant scope to grow, progress, and take on more responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Be a university graduate
2. Be hungry to learn
3. Have a curious and inquisitive nature

Responsibilities include:

1. Identifying potential target companies across various sectors
2. Creating long lists and identifying talent
3. Preparing client report summaries
4. Conducting research and compiling documents to prepare candidates for interviews
5. Analyzing industry news daily to circulate internally
