A driven, friendly and collaborative private family office based near Marylebone with interests in fashion, tech and real estate is seeking a hardworking and hands-on Team Assistant. The office is young and collaborative, the team incredibly forward thinking and there is great opportunity for progression. This role is vital to the team, incredibly varied and you will wear many different hats. This is an opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience under their belt and who ideally has an interest in property! This is all about fit and attitude.
You will be getting involved in anything from supporting the Head of Operations and her team, scheduling meetings, running errands, booking international travel or even helping out with international property refurbishments, office management or property management. The role is varied and interesting – you will not be tied to your desk!
I am looking for someone who is super positive, friendly and who has buckets of initiative. Confident to jump in and get things done alongside knowing when to ask questions. Happy to jump on the phone, go to meet interior designers or help manage a task in someone’s absence. This is for someone who has spark and a bright career ahead of them.
