Interested in Investor Relations? This is an incredible opportunity to join a hugely successful Private Equity firm as an EA focusing on Investor Relations and sales. With over £4 billion of capital raised, this will be an incredible opportunity to gain exposure to some very impressive stakeholders whilst also managing fundraising, communications and marketing.
Duties include:
- Sales Process: Assisting booking, confirming and chasing up client meetings
- Liaising with the office of the Managing Partners and Senior Partners
- Calendar Management – IR team and supporting senior team on client meetings
- Liaising directly with clients at all levels to ensure a quality process when booking meetings
- Travel
- Travel and logistical support to include roadshows in the USA and EMEA
- Ensure efficient travel practice both in time management and overall cost
- Knowledge of visa processes, Covid restrictions
- CRM Technology
- In partnership with other members of the IR team ensure efficient and accurate use of the internal CRM (Client Relationship Management) System
- Understand and help the sales and client service efforts
- Accurate data input around meetings, pipeline updates and client contacts
- Support the manage of the fund pipelines and client outreach plan
- Marketing Materials
- Help with preparing marketing and due diligence materials
As you will be reporting into the Head of Investor Relations, we are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in in the Sales Process and for someone that has exemplary client communication skills and gravitas. Experience using a CRM system in a previous role is also desirable. Please note this, role is based in the office 5 days per week.
