Job Description
A charming, boutique financial services in the heart of the West End is looking for a junior HR Administrator to join the team. Based in newly refurbished offices, the team is 33 strong and growing. The culture is friendly, collaborative and they foster learning and development.
This is a fantastic role for someone with 6 months’ work experience in the administrative field who is looking to further their career in the HR industry. We are looking for someone who is available to start early – mid September. Please note, this role offers hybrid working.
Duties include:
Recruitment:
– Scheduling interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
– Updating job boards
– Managing post-interview administration
– Monitoring the general People inbox, triage incoming messages, and refer to the relevant member of the team as appropriate
Performance Management:
– Updating and maintain performance information in the relevant folders and spreadsheets
– Updating data trackers and ensuring reminders and follow up communication are sent to relevant members on time
General People Administration:
– Managing and maintain HR records, systems, and employee data
– Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process (contracts, checks, documents)
– Preparing HR documents including offer letters, references, and policy updates
– Managing the process of updating all People related systems and spreadsheets
– Updating and maintain People information and communication platforms including SharePoint, flexible benefits portal, etc.
– Assisting with tracking holidays, absences, and other HR metrics
– Helping ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant
– Providing general administrative support to the Head of People
