Our client, a respected and impressive boutique finance firm, is looking for a professional and extremely proficient Senior Executive/ Business Assistant to come on board and provide support to the dynamic and driven CEO/ Founder.
Based in gorgeous offices in Mayfair, the successful candidate will be providing a mixture of business and private 1:1 support. The successful EA will be joining a lovely team who offer great benefits!
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced EA to support a highly successful and well-regarded CEO. We are seeking an EA who prides themselves in going above and beyond to ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s personal and business life. The duties of the EA are extremely varied from event management, liaising with clients to managing the CEO's ever-changing diary and travel arrangements. We are looking for a well-organised, forward-thinking and unflappable individual who has the ability to juggle and multitask and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. This is a true right-hand role which requires a business mind and a high level of emotional intelligence.
Please note this role is 5x days in office.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Diary management, itineraries, flights, travel, and expenses (business and personal)
- Dictations – typing up, proofing and sending out all internal correspondence on behalf of CEO
- Admin research, printing, scanning, general filing, typing meeting notes, couriers
- Fitness; calendar edits, blog, liaison with fitness contacts, booking and managing sessions
- Internal event management; Ski Trip co-ordination, annual Christmas party, monthly lectures in the office and ad-hoc charity events and fundraisers
- Charity relations; events, liaison with all main charities, email outs
