Salary: Β£50,000 to Β£60,000 + bonus + benefits + WFH
Location: Hertford
A newly created and dynamic EA position has come in to support a down-to-earth, highly impressive Entrepreneur/CEO at a scale up energy firm based in Hertford. With a close-knit team of 10 people, you will be the sole support, primarily supporting the CEO with all traditional EA duties as well as ensuring the office runs smoothly. A firm that offers hybrid working, you will be working at a firm that truly values their employees and works extremely well together.
The responsibilities:
- Diary and meeting management
- Managing logistics for all travel arrangements β flights, accommodation
- Events management β coordination of events for clients and internal teams
- Relationship management/Point of contact
- IT: Software sourcing, IT enquiries
- Office Management: Maintenance, liaising with suppliers, and office supplies
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally immediately available or on a one month notice period
- Around 4 β 5 years previous EA experience with professional services
- Located in or around Hertford to easily commute into the office
