I am looking for a candidate who is driven, entrepreneurial, confident, analytical and highly organised who is looking for an opportunity to join an incredible team and brand. The role is the first of its kind and the sky is the limit in terms of possibility. Working within a highly successful, creative outlook and fun team, you will become instrumental in their support function and helping them win their breadth of fascinating clients.
Working with and supporting the directors, you will have full exposure to all that they are working on whilst also working with Marketing, Events and across their documents to help project manage their requests for proposals (RFP's). You will be working across up to 10 different documents at a time and pulling things together whilst working with a team assistant to deliver.
The role will really suit someone who likes to multitask projects, likes to come up with ideas who wants to grow, develop and really sink their teeth into a role with huge potential. The clients they work with are some of the most exciting and well known in the world. Their product is creative and they get to do ‘the fun stuff’.
Open on background though ideally wanting someone who has project managed documents before ideally with exposure to RFP's, has a creative eye and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure. Everything they do is tailored and you will need to have the ability to push back, work as a team, know when to say no but always manage to get the impossible done. Someone bright, fun, hardworking and who has the mindset to achieve, wants to succeed whilst having lots of fun along the way. A team player with high attention to detail, passion and drive. A good sense of humour is also essential as well as skills with InDesign.
