An extremely successful and slick Private Equity Firm in Marylebone are looking for an outstanding, experienced EA to join their collaborative team. The company has a very appealing culture, wonderful perks and gorgeous offices (with a gym)! This role is predominantly office based.
They are looking for a candidate who has previously been working within Private Equity, Asset Management or similar. Ideally, you will have longevity within roles on your CV. You must be able to handle an exceptionally fast pace, manic diaries, and have a strong work ethic. The EA team have an incredibly supportive team ethos and they need a real team player. This is a lovely environment to work and hard work will be noticed and rewarded!
This is a relatively traditional EA role, but on very high level and pace.
Duties will include:
- Extensive and intricate diary management that moves at pace with last minute alterations
- Arranging end-to-end travel – domestic and international
- Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
- Maintaining a WIP report
- Relationship building with portfolio companies
- Manage team expenses
- Preparing documents for board meetings, VC’s and calls
- Participation in weekly team meetings
- Some aspects of personal admin (to a lesser extent)
The ideal candidate:
- They should have natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines – often under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, to work with the Partner in particular as their right-hand person throughout the day
- A real team player working closely with other Assistants as the team is incredibly collaborative and everyone takes huge pride in the work that they do.
- Excellent knowledge of MS office software
- Pro-active, self-starter with a flexible approach.
- Friendly and warm, quietly efficient and a modest yet confident nature.
- Graduate level or equivalent and ideally have supported at senior level, in Private Equity, Asset Management or similar background.
