A well-known, global firm is seeking an articulate, dedicated and solutions focused EA to support an international CEO. Based in stunning offices in the West-End, this role is based five days in the office. As right hand to the CEO, we are looking for someone that can work at pace and for someone that has exceptional problem-solving skills. The company is currently going through a period of growth, so this is an exciting time to join. The CEO has a strong vision of where the business is going, and he therefore needs an EA that has experience of working within a client facing financial services space at a senior level.
Each day will be different, but core duties include:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex and ever-changing calendar management across multiple time zones.
- Partner closely with the CEO’s US-office to ensure seamless global coordination and efficiency.
- Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including board members, senior leadership, and global partners.
- Manage domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, and meeting follow-ups; track action items to ensure timely execution.
- Handle confidential correspondence, prioritising responsiveness and professionalism.
Candidate requirements:
- Agile, dynamic and proactive approach
- Previous FS or Fintech experience
- Educated up to degree level or equivalent
- Flexible, ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Happy to work out of hours when required
- Incredible attention to detail
