A global pension investment firm are looking for an experienced, dynamic EA to come in and hit the ground running in this 12-month maternity contract. Based in beautiful offices in Victoria, this role offers hybrid working and an incredibly friendly and collaborative culture. The role is supporting a key director plus a team of 11. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate that has financial services experience as the role is going to be supporting the European Private Equity team.
Responsibilities include:
- Extensive calendar, diary and travel management for the Director (he travels two days a week)
- Complex inbox management
- Managing ever changing priorities efficiently
- Responsibility for the preparation of key documents ahead of meetings
- Meeting coordination and organisation
- Personal and business travel research, creating itineraries, bookings, monitoring and problem solving
- Ad-hoc requests from the wider team
