A once in a lifetime opportunity has arisen to work for a well known individual in the public eye, whose reach spans a multitude of different industries as well as partnerships, brands and philanthropic efforts. This role will manage, run, plan, deliver and essentially enable the principal's commercial life alongside other key players. Coordinating their business life in partnership with other teams and making sure that all is shoehorned into the diary with elegance. As well as overall diary management which can be planned up to 2 years in advance (considering all eventualities), there are extensive and complex global private travel schedules, liaison with private family offices, gatekeeping, travelling with the principal when necessary and potentially advancing on trips to ensure all is set up appropriately and more. It is a true wrap around role with connections and exposure to all areas of the talent's life to ensure it all runs smoothly and priorities are met.
The ideal candidate will be a true ambassador, keeping a finger on the pulse of the principal's interests, will be confident in their abilities, able to move with accuracy and at speed whilst thinking into the minutia. The successful candidate will have significant experience supporting an UHNWI/high profile talent who understands the importance of a brand and being an ambassador, whilst also having experience within a corporate environment. They will display emotional intelligence, warmth, commercial thinking, initiative and a positive attitude who stays calm at all times. You will need to have had experience with private jets and understand the finesse needed when supporting at this level.
I am looking for someone happy to be in Central London 5 days a week whilst also having the flexibility to travel and is keen to give their all to a role and be on call 24/7 when needed. Discretion is also key.
Please note that all applications cannot be considered and the experience needed is very specific. If you have not received a response to your application within 48 hours, you can assume that your application has been unsuccessful.
