Our client, a highly successful tech startup are seeking an impressive, dynamic EA to come and be that true right hand to their young and inspirational CEO and Co-Founder.Based in their gorgeous offices near London Bridge, they are looking for a true allrounder, who can wear many hats and be the lynchpin to their close-knit team of 22 people. Not only will you be supporting them with the traditional EA duties, but you will take ownership of various projects and be the first point of call in the office as you ensure everything runs smoothly as the sole support. They are a firm that truly look after their employees, with great benefits and quarterly lunches and social drinks.Your responsibilities will include: Manage and maintain the Founder’s diaries and schedules Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc. Liaise with internal and external stakeholdersProject managementOffice and Event managementHR and People administrationThe ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative, a positive attitude and have a wealth of EA and Operations experience, that has previously worked within a fast paced, startup company.
