A dynamic City-based firm is seeking an experienced and proactive EA to support their charming and kind CIO. The CIO manages a wider team and has a busy schedule. This role offers autonomy and a sociable working environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a complex and busy diary and schedule
- Preparing the CIO for meetings, including research, pack and agenda preparation
- Managing the inbox and handling internal and external correspondence
- Proactively planning meetings and travel arrangements
- Organizing roadshows, training sessions, and other meetings or events
- Supporting project management tasks as required
- Assisting with onboarding new team members and managing IT equipment
- Providing support to the wider team (25 people), such as booking occasional travel
