Job Description
Our client, a high impact and achieving venture capital firm, are seeking a quick thinking and highly detail-oriented temp EA to support at C-Suite Level in the heart of the city. Due to the immediate need this is a temp to perm opportunity.
Our client is highly respected and prides themselves on workplace culture. They invest into exciting markets and are known for working at the top of their game, commercially aware, inquisitive, and fast paced – opportunities like this role don’t come around often! This role is busy, varied, and dynamic – the COO has wide reach across the business.
Responsibilities will include:
- International diary and travel management, everything moves at a moment’s notice!
- Support on a wide range of projects and research.
The key here is to have a brilliant core EA skillset, a broader operational understanding, business acumen, very high attention to detail, a curious nature, discretion, and the ability to work at pace. I am seeking an EA with exposure to a VC or boutique finance, someone who is used to working at a serious pace with precision and attention to detail, and who is an enabler – actively seeking solutions independently.
