We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and dynamic Senior Executive Assistant to support a highly personable Chairman and ad hoc support to their down to earth, personable CFO and Group Accountant. You will be joining at a very exciting time as you support the Chairman in both a business and privatecapacity and work with him across a broad portfolio as you get fully immersed in this role.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate drive, professionalism, resilience, and proactiveness as you successfully primarily manage the Chairman’s ever-changing diary and constant last-minute changes in plans. Not only this but be that true right hand to the Chairman and hishigh-achieving, close-knit reports.
The intention is for this individual to be a key support to the three Executives; identifying and pursuing efficiencies and the ability to always forward think their dairies and build strong relationships with all level stakeholders.
You will have at least 5 + years ofprevious Executive Assistant experience supporting at C-Suite in a fast-paced, professional environment and have outstanding interpersonal skills and be nicely confidence and not afraid to push back. This role is all about personality.
