Excellent opportunity for an Executive Personal Assistant based in London, to provide administrative and operational persona support to UHNWI.  Confidentiality is an essential element of this role and a proven track record supporting at this level.  We are looking for a true right hand who is able to work at pace and is all over the detail – you will be highly organised, resilient and able to juggle a busy and forever changing workload. You must be confidential and have experience dealing with sensitive and private information at the highest level.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Heavy calendar management, accounting for day-to-day meetings and movements, both business and personal. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs
  • \\n\\t

  • Attend immediately to emails forwarded from individual that require action or follow up
  • \\n\\t

  • Manage and maintain contact lists
  • \\n\\t

  • Take notes, prepare memos, letters and reports
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • \\n\\t

  • Organize and take care of mail and files
  • \\n\\t

  • Assist with planning, organizing and coordinating events for various locations
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinating details for social events, which may entail handling invitations and RSVP’s, working with House Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Chef, Florist, party planner, etc and help at the event
  • \\n\\t

  • Prepare gift bags of products, gift wrap gifts
  • \\n\\t

  • Assist with various projects as required
  • \\n\\t

  • May attend meetings, assist in preparation and printing of documents, agendas, and take and transcribe minutes
  • \\n\\t

  • Run errands
  • \\n\\t

  • Coordinate coverage for other executive assistant’s vacation and/or sick leave, etc
