Our client, a well-respected global asset management firm, are seeking ongoing temporary EA cover throughout the summer.
Based in stunning offices a stoneβs throw from Green Park, you will be joining a close knit, collaborative, boutique team with a global reach.
The team are valued and well looked after, to include a daily team lunch!
Responsibilities:
- Complex diary management across multiple time zones, prioritising, and re-arranging where necessary
- Work daily with the head office in New York
- Schedule meetings, conference calls and zoom calls across multiple time zones
- Organise frequent and complex travel including flights, visas, accommodation, transfers
- Produce documents, presentations and gather research when needed
- Deal with time sensitive legal documents containing highly confidential information
- Data entry, business development and ad hoc administrative duties
