We are seeking an EA who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This opportunity is second to none, an opportunity to work directly with a dynamic founder leading multiple high-growth ventures – including a global sales training and leadership consultancy, a property portfolio, and a range of personal investments.
We are looking for a strategic, proactive, and highly organised right-hand partner – someone who can think ahead, anticipate needs, and bring order, focus, and impact to a busy and inspiring operation.
You will be the driving force behind the founder’s effectiveness – managing complex scheduling, coordinating key projects, preparing strategic materials, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across business and personal commitments.
This is a broad, varied, and high-trust role that will require commercial understanding, discretion, and exceptional judgement. You will work closely with a small, collaborative core team and a global network of partners and clients.
The role is hybrid and can be based in Truro or London, you must be happy to travel between the two. Please note due to the immediate need (this is a new role), this is a temporary permanent opportunity.
What You will be doing:
- Manage and coordinate a complex and evolving diary, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimised.
- Draft, review, and manage communications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare strategic materials, presentations, and client meeting documents.
- Support and manage projects across multiple ventures and business interests.
- Conduct commercial research and connect key business information and opportunities.
