We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and personable Executive Assistant to join a successful and growing professional services business. This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while providing wider support across the business.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being at the heart of a business, balancing traditional EA responsibilities with operational, administrative and project-based tasks. This would suit someone who is naturally organised, takes initiative and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running seamlessly.
The Role
Working closely with the Directors, you will provide comprehensive diary, meeting and travel management, alongside coordinating client appointments, board meetings and events. You will act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and provide support with confidential matters, documentation and general administration.
Alongside your EA responsibilities, you will work closely with the wider team across operations and marketing. This will include coordinating internal events and training, supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, assisting with business projects, maintaining accurate systems and records, and providing general administrative support as required.
There will also be an element of office management, ensuring the office runs smoothly, managing supplies and helping to create a welcoming and organised working environment.
About You
- Previous experience in an EA, PA or broad business support role.
- Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the confidence to take ownership and use your initiative.
- A polished communicator who enjoys building relationships with people at all levels.
- Discreet and professional, with sound judgement when handling confidential information.
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved across different areas of the business.
You will be joining a collaborative, close-knit team that values professionalism, trust and a hands-on approach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play an important role in supporting both senior leadership and the wider business.
