A rare opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Chief of Staff to support the CEO of a high-growth, private equity-backed international organisation based in the City. - Take full ownership of inbox management and correspondence.
- Develop agendas, briefings and presentations, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and delivered.
- Coordinate international travel from start to finish, including visas and detailed itineraries, managing unexpected changes and disruptions efficiently.
- Act as a credible representative of the CEO when engaging with C-suite executives, Board members, customers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment across the Leadership Team and EAs, while coordinating Board meetings, leadership sessions, offsites and strategic events.
- Support research initiatives and contribute to strategic projects.
- Manage expenses, invoices and wider financial administration.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality when handling sensitive information, applying sound independent judgement and remaining composed in a fast-moving environment.
