We are seeking a highly capable Executive and Personal Assistant to provide critical support to an executive who runs a secondary summer education business and is an advisor to investors and privately owned companies. This role demands a detail-oriented and resourceful professional who can seamlessly manage both professional and personal administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly., Executive Support:

Coordinate summer program logistics with select UK universities, ensuring smooth program planning, execution, and timely responses.

Assist, as needed with summer program running and maintenance in 2025

Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination across multiple time zones

Liaison between the executive and clients
