A wildly successful, state-of-the-art international architecture firm is looking for an experienced private and business PA to come and support the co-founder. Based in slick and quirky offices, this firm has a genuine family feel and great company culture. With yoga or PT classes in weekly and free daily lunches, this is truly a fabulous opportunity.
The co-founder is an incredibly busy individual and is looking for 360-degree support with a heavy lean towards private support (60/70%)
Business duties include:

Complex scheduling of meetings across multiple time zones

Extensive international travel, in particular to China and Europe
