A well-known executive search firm is seeking a real allrounder to join their close-knit team as EA to a Regional Managing Partner within the financial services practice. Working in a friendly team of EAs, you will ensure the smooth running of their every day and be used to working at pace and have had, ideally exposure to project work.
A young company mostly with young families, a great work life balance, 3 days in the office. Having recently moved offices to St James, you will sit in their modern open plan office and get free breakfast and have lunch together. Summer team building with partners, so everyone gets to know each other on a personal level and a Christmas Party. Great team, all muck in, no hierarchy, all very passionate and driven.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Principles' diaries and schedules.
- Book travel arrangements, to include flights, accommodation visa’s etc.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange Christmas and summer parties and company events
- Help and cover and work well with the EAs.
