An amazing role has come up, working for a an extremely friendly and fun boutique executive search firm based in gorgeous offices in Victoria. This role offers Hybrid working, with two days WFH. They work with a roster of dynamic startup and tech clients among other sectors.
Seeking an exceptional and strategic EA to support their incredibly busy Founder and CEO. The Principal requires someone who wants to really get involved with his network, and able to prioritise his schedule accordingly. The ideal candidate will have experience in Finance, truly understand the business, and will be as passionate about what the team does as they all are. You will be confident, slick and highly efficient: a true right hand support and gatekeeper.
This is such a meaty role with opportunities to get stuck into how the business works, form relationships with key people, clients and stakeholders and to really make a huge difference.

They are looking for an EA who ideally has experience in startups, can speak to anyone and has impeccable communication and organisational skills.
Duties will include:

Provide day-to-day admin support to the CEO by taking ownership of calendar coordination, scheduling Zoom/face-to-face meetings, email management, preparing agendas, and tracking and driving follow-up actions.

Manage and drive the CEO’s to-do list to ensure tasks and projects are being executed swiftly, and his day is structured.

Communicating with external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO including potential clients, existing clients, our partners (funds) and senior CFOs via email and on the phone.

Strictly prioritize conflicting requests and handle tasks proactively and swiftly to meet deadlines.

Arrange business logistics for all travel requirements including booking flights, hotels, and restaurant/meeting reservations (London, Europe & East Coast US).

Support the growth function where needed, by flagging introductions, supporting on scheduling of outreach campaigns and trips and managing ad hoc inbox related tasks.

When requested, support with personal administrative tasks.
