We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior CDM (Construction Design & Management) Consultant (Principal Designer & Advisor) to join our CDM/Health & Safety team. The role will be working from our Eltham office, with a potential for hybrid working. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including Residential, New Build, Commercial, Education and Blue Light.

Responsibilities
- Carrying out site inspections, audits, advice, monitoring of key gateways and information including risk & method statements, Operations & Maintenance and Health & Safety file.
- Working on RIBA stages 1-6.
- Work alongside the Head of Construction Design & Management, under our ISO 9001 Quality Management System to assist clients to manage health and safety risks by delivering a bespoke service.
- Project Team Lead responsibilities will include managing fees, resources, team, Clients expectations, business generation, appointments, etc.
- Our CDM coverage is national, but based in Eltham and South East there may be elements of travel to other offices to meet and work with the Team. Travel costs are covered.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a CDM consultant role in relevant sectors such as Blue Light, Commercial, New Build etc.
- Evidence of producing typical documentation in relation to the role including Design Risk Registers.
- Evidence of leading projects from inception through to completion.
- Relevant experience to undertake a Senior CDM consultant role.
- NEBOSH, IOSH or APS accreditations.
- Ability to lead a project team.
