- Architectural Technologist to join our growing Architecture team in Sale/Manchester
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background, with proven experience in the production, coordination, and delivery of construction information across a diverse range of project sectors and procurement routes.
Experience working on both new-build and existing
High-Risk Building (HRB) projects is highly desirable.
Candidates should demonstrate an excellent understanding of construction technology, UK Building Regulations, and the technical delivery of architectural projects.
They will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment to deliver high-quality design solutions.

- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, technical standards, and industry best practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments.

- Proven experience in producing coordinated technical drawing packages and managing project information throughout all project stages.
