  • Qualified Architect to join our growing Architecture team in Sale/Manchester

We are seeking a talented and design-focused Architect with a minimum of five years' post-Part 3 experience, who combines creative thinking with strong technical and project delivery skills.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading projects from concept through to completion, delivering high-quality design solutions that successfully balance client aspirations, commercial objectives and technical requirements.

This role would suit an ambitious and collaborative individual who is passionate about architecture, has a strong eye for design, and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.

Experience within the residential sector would be highly advantageous, particularly in the delivery of large-scale residential, mixed-use or housing-led developments.

Candidates should demonstrate confidence in managing client relationships, leading project teams, and delivering successful project outcomes on programme and within budget, whilst maintaining the highest standards of design quality.

  • Strong design capability, with a passion for creating innovative and high-quality architectural solutions.
  • Highly proficient in Revit and experienced in working within BIM-led project environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present and articulate design proposals to clients, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate projects through all RIBA work stages.
  • Experience within the residential sector is preferred, with an understanding of the design, planning and delivery considerations associated with residential developments.
  • Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to balance design aspirations with technical, commercial and programme requirements.
