We're thrilled to offer an opportunity for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor with a passion for leadership and innovation to join our expanding Birmingham based team.
This individual will support the Senior Leadership team, foster new opportunities and ways of working, and help to develop a growing, ambitious team based in Birmingham.
They will spearhead simple and complex projects across a range of sectors, whilst also playing to their strengths, including Residential, Education, Leisure, Health, and Blue light.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- RICS Accredited Building Surveying degree (BSc or MSc)
- MRICS or MCIOB (Chartered status or sitting Autumn 2026)
- Minimum 5 Years Previous Consultancy Experience
