Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Project management experience.
  • Good knowledge of project financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost oversight.
  • Experience working across a wide stakeholder group, with the ability to build credibility, communicate clearly, and provide constructive challenge.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile delivery approaches, and the judgement to apply them proportionately to different types of change.
  • Recognised project management qualification (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.

You are a proactive, organised, and delivery-focused Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You build strong relationships across teams, work confidently with a broad range of stakeholders, and bring people together to keep delivery aligned and moving forward. Naturally curious and commercially aware, quick to spot risks, issues, or gaps, and practical in how you work with others to resolve them. You combine a structured approach with the flexibility to adapt when priorities change, communicating in a clear, calm, and constructive way to support successful delivery.

The role is based in Edinburgh; it cannot be performed on a remote working basis. Regular office attendance on a weekly basis is required.
