Bailiffgate Hotel is a timeless retreat nestled in the picturesque market town of Alnwick. The hotel combines luxury and authenticity, offering a serene escape where guests can unwind, explore the surrounding natural beauty, immerse themselves in local history and experience the heritage of Northumberland.
The ideal person will have at least a year's experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, is reliable, willing to learn as part of this growing team, has a full clean UK driving licence and is over 25.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with guest queries
- Parking guests' cars and retrieving them as required
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests
- Carrying guests' luggage to and from bedrooms
- Keeping public areas tidy throughout the day
- Assisting Food & Beverage Team with service in Bar and Lounge
- Collecting Room Service Trays from bedrooms and corridors
- Running errands if required
- Answering both internal and external calls in a professional manner
