Bailiffgate Hotel is a timeless retreat nestled in the picturesque market town of Alnwick. The hotel combines luxury and authenticity, offering a serene escape where guests can unwind, explore the surrounding natural beauty, immerse themselves in local history, and experience the heritage of Northumberland.
The hotel’s site, opposite the Barbican entrance to Alnwick Castle, has a fascinating history. Acquired by the first Duke of Northumberland in 1780, Bailiffgate House has served as a commissioner’s residence, a school, and now, it’s being transformed into a luxurious 48-room hotel with a bar and the Motte & Bailey Restaurant.
We are currently looking for exceptional people to join our team and have a great opportunity for Room Attendants. The positions are part time.
As a Room Attendant you will be expected to ensure the hotel bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and checked to the highest standards at all times, reporting any maintenance problems.
Key Responsibilities:- All cleaning activities are carried out with minimum inconvenience to the hotel guests.
- Ensure all cleaning in the designated areas is carried out to the Company standards.
- Be able to deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
- Ensure all maintenance issues are reported immediately following the correct procedure.
