We currently have an amazing opportunity to join our Concierge Team as a Part-Time Night Porter. The successful candidates will have sole responsibility for both the safety and security of our guests and the hotel during the night. We are looking for someone who is able to work between the hours of 10.30pm to 7am (minimum of 2 nights per week). The ideal person will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests, have a full clean UK driving licence and be over 25. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.
Duties to include:
- To complete statutory fire and security checks.
- To provide room service, preparing and serving food to Company standards.
- Complete daily hand over procedures in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Ensure all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure whilst conducting safety floor checks during the night.
- Security of building & guest.
- Serving drinks in the bar.
- Ensuring all public areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the night.
- Answering both internal and external calls in a professional manner.
- Checking in any late arriving guests.
