Now, we are looking for an energetic, coffee-loving Sales and Account Manager to help grow our community of partners who share our passion for quality and impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Be the face of Redemption Roasters, building strong relationships with our customers across London and the United Kingdom, ensuring they get the best from our coffee.
- Share your coffee expertise, providing technical support, training, and consultancy, both in our headquarters and on-site.
- Drive growth, helping existing wholesale clients elevate their coffee programmes while scouting out new partnerships.
- Provide hands-on support, assisting with equipment installations and troubleshooting issues professionally.
- Host engaging coffee experiences, from on-site training to cuppings and tastings that help our clients fall in love with our beans.
- Stay organised and proactive, using Copper CRM to keep track of site visits, client interactions, and key insights.
- Represent Redemption Roasters, attending industry events, tastings, and sales meetings to spread the word about what we do.
- Stay ahead of trends, keeping up with what is happening in the specialty coffee world and applying that knowledge to help our clients thrive.
- Be adaptable and willing to help, supporting the roastery team, assisting with production, and occasionally travelling across the United Kingdom and internationally.
What We Are Looking For
- A natural ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships.
- At least one year of experience in a similar account management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage with both baristas and business owners.
- A passion for specialty coffee, with strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cupping, and coffee extraction.
- A United Kingdom driving licence, enabling travel to client sites when required.
- Basic technical skills, including adjusting grinders, changing burrs, and replacing water filters.
- A strong commercial mindset, understanding both the craft and business of coffee.
- Highly organised and structured, able to manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated and energetic, taking initiative and enjoying working out in the field.
- A logical problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues efficiently and methodically.
- Always professional and presentable, representing Redemption Roasters to the highest standard.
