– Primarily Leytonstone
– Flexibility to work at Forest Gate (‘The Arches’) when needed
Pay:

- Keep things running smoothly in the shop: uphold and expand our specialty coffee standards
- Work closely with seasoned, coffee-focused management to develop and implement coffee initiatives, spearhead seasonal drinks, and revive old favourites
- Create meaningful connections—recognising how hospitality and a great cup of coffee can positively change someone’s day
- Contribute to a welcoming space, making guests feel at home and eager to return
- Be a true team player and leader, supporting inclusivity and building relationships based on integrity
- Stay knowledgeable, confidently answering guest questions on our coffee, bakery, and retail offerings
