We are an independent coffee shop located in newly developed Elephant Park (a few minutes' walk from Elephant & Castle tube and overground). Originally established as a pop-up, we’ve cultivated a strong presence before finding our permanent home on the ground floor of The Tree House in summer 2022. We are part of the Elephant Park community and appreciate our loyal customers, many of whom have been with us since our beginnings as a pop-up.
We are looking to fill X2 barista roles. Part time 20-25 hours a week & full time 35 hours a week. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK AT TWO WEEKENDS A MONTH.
WHAT WE CAN OFFER:
- Hourly rate will start at £13.50. After 3 months’ probation, rate will increase to £14.50.
- We understand you have other commitments such as family, friends, travel thus we will work together to accommodate your needs while making sure the required shifts are covered.

- Someone who has 2+ years’ specialty coffee experience, who is confident in all aspects of coffee preparation, including making high volume of drinks, dialling in, latte art.

- Is trustworthy and reliable to work open shift at 6:15AM Mon-Fri & 8:00AM Sat-Sun.
- Has the ability to work in a team environment and independently.

- Has initiative and can bring new approaches to problems and thinks outside the box.

- Grinders: Mahlkonig E65S (Grind-by-Weight), Mahlkonig E80W (Grind-by-Sync).
