The Role:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Brunch Chef who’s excited to be part of a growing brand.
You’ll have a real passion for food, thrive in fast-paced service, and love the energy that comes with a busy brunch kitchen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run day-to-day kitchen operations during brunch service
- Deliver consistently high-quality, beautifully presented plates
- Manage food prep, portioning and stock rotation
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Support team training and kitchen organisation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar fast-paced brunch or café kitchen
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident in food safety and kitchen best practices
- Creative flair and love for modern, healthy food
- Positive attitude and strong team spirit
