Skills Required
- A friendly, easy-going, people-person with a desire to serve others.
- Ability to dial in espresso to a given recipe.
- Understanding of coffee extraction.
- Knowledge of how to get the best out of different milks, both dairy and plant-based.
- Preferably, experience experimenting with different home-brewing filter coffee methods.
- A commitment to going the extra mile for customer satisfaction, with an interest or willingness to learn about diet, nutrition, or bio-hacking/optimization.

Responsibilities
- Dialing in coffee each morning and throughout the day.
- Cleaning and maintaining coffee equipment and the cafe environment.
- Serving all drinks, including teas and filter coffees, and selling goods.
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards through temperature checks and date checks.
- Conducting regular stock takes.
- Preparing premixes for adaptogenic lattes.
- Grinding coffee bags tailored to brew methods.
- Providing personalized food and drink recommendations based on customer needs.
- Liaising with the head barista or owners to troubleshoot issues.
